Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Vectors app ("Vectors" or "the app"), published by Jose Mendez, doing business as V2F Supply Co. (Nevada, USA) ("we" or "us"). By downloading or using Vectors you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Not for flight planning or navigation
Vectors is a convenient, visual way to view publicly available weather and aviation information. It is for general awareness only. It is not an official weather briefing, not a flight planning or navigation tool, and not a replacement for official sources. Before every flight, obtain an official preflight briefing (for example from Flight Service at 1-800-WX-BRIEF or 1800wxbrief.com) and consult all official sources required by the regulations that apply to you. The pilot in command is solely responsible for the safety of the flight and for every decision about it.
Information may be late, incomplete, or wrong
Weather observations, forecasts, TAFs, NOTAMs, radar, winds aloft, runway, terrain, and airport data come from third-party and government sources and are shown as received. They can be delayed, out of date, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable without notice. Values Vectors calculates, such as wind components, favored runways, density altitude, flight categories, and the visual scenes, are approximations. Decoded NOTAMs and summaries are simplified and may leave out details. Always refer to the original, official product.
No affiliation
Vectors is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Weather Service or NOAA, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force or any branch of the armed forces, Apple, or any data provider.
Vectors Pro
Vectors Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features. It is sold and processed by Apple under Apple's terms; we never receive your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple. Features may change over time. We may add, change, or retire features, including features that rely on outside data sources we don't control.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vectors on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store rules. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or use the app or its data feeds in ways that break the law or the terms of the underlying data providers, and don't use it to collect data at scale.
No warranty
Vectors and all information in it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from your use of, or reliance on, Vectors or its information, including decisions made about flights or travel. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Vectors Pro, if anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, the app will show the new effective date, and continuing to use Vectors means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Questions: support@v2fsupply.com.
